The confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria are now 975. This is shown by the latest data from the National Operational Headquarters, quoted by the Ministry of Health. Nine more new cases have been proved today – 5 in the region of Sofia and 4 in the region of Vidin. The labs are still working.
281 individuals infected with COVID-19 have been hospitalized under medical supervision. 40 of them have been treated in intensive units and clinics.
80 members of the medical staff have proved to be infected with the Covid -19.
In terms of the overall picture – as of April 21: 506 of the COVID-19 cases registered in our country have been found in men, and 469 in women.
