“Read this story! You and your parrots in Bulgaria understand that Macedonia will not join the EU until it eradicates anti-Bulgarianism!”
This emotional post was written on his Facebook page by the co-chairman of IMRO Alexander Sidi. According to him, the reason is another provocation in connection with the membership of the Republic of Northern Macedonia in the European Union (EU).
The party recalls that yesterday the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said that Europe would not leave the membership of the PCM and Albania without movement within the French presidency. Even more scandalous in the speech is the threat of putting pressure not on the politicians in Skopje to abide by the Neighborhood Agreement, but on pressure on Bulgaria, the political force points out. The IMRO points out that according to this top European politician, the position of our country is also a gift for Russia. This situation allows Moscow to continue to enter this area.”
Sidi has sharply criticized Brussels’ position, which he said stemmed from ignorance of Eastern European and Balkan history in particular. He added:
“If Borel had read a number of European histories, he would have known that Macedonianism is the Russian ideology created by the Comintern to separate the Bulgarians on both sides of Osogovo. And if he had read on this issue, he would have known that it was Bulgaria, through the imposed veto, that stopped Macedonianism (created and supported by the Comintern, understand Russia) from spreading in Europe.”
The IMRO co-chair once again draws attention to the fact that Macedonia is part of NATO and this should be a sufficient guarantee for the stopped paths of Russian influence. Here, however, comes another hypocrisy of European leaders and the „big daddy“ across the ocean. It is they who, with their pressure on Bulgaria unconditionally to allow the anti
Bulgarian Comintern Macedonian policy in the EU, actually legitimize with one hand nothing but Russian influence in the Balkans, while with the other loudly impose economic sanctions on the Kremlin, the party added.
Sidi continues his sharp stance by addressing Borel with reference to the recent history of the IMRO, Bulgaria and Russian influence:
“We understand partnership as equality. The EU is clearly not. Brussels officials behave like those who ruled the USSR or Yugoslavia. One such ruler of Yugoslavia was Alexander Karadjordjevic. Vlado Chernozemski has an equal dialogue with him in Marseilles него. Read it, Borrell, read this story…”
What is the full text of the publication?
“Some European foreign policy official happens to be promising to put pressure. Not pressure on Macedonia – to eradicate hate speech, to respect the rights of Bulgarians and to fulfill its agreement with Bulgaria in general. Pressure on Bulgaria because I quote:
“We cannot tell Albania and Northern Macedonia, which meet all the conditions for membership, to sit back and connect with each other if we do not give them a clear perspective.”
And more wisdom from this official:
“This is also a gift for Russia. This situation allows Moscow to continue to enter this area.”
The man with the rank of foreign minister in the EU is clearly unaware that Macedonia is in NATO, and in this line, in theory, Russian influence should be cut off.
If Borel had read a number of European histories, he would have known that Macedonianism was the Russian ideology created by the Comintern to separate the Bulgarians on both sides of Osogovo. And if he had read on this issue, he would have been aware that it was Bulgaria, through the imposed veto, that stopped Macedonianism (created and supported by the Comintern, understand Russia) from spreading in Europe.
