„Will we start the new 2021 with a water crisis? With an economic, health and political crisis?!“
Citizens intend to address these questions to the government at a protest entitled „We want our water“, which will be held at 2h p.m. on December 11 in front of the District Administration in Burgas. The dissatisfaction was organized by the “Vazrazhdane” political party, which states that since the beginning of this year they have been insisting on taking actions to prevent the water crisis in the district. However, they were assured that there was none.
„Now when the situation is critical, we are witnessing another crisis PR of those in power!“
This is another proof of inadequate ruling and untimely actions, the organizers comment and remind that a state of emergency has been declared on the territory of the district.
„Only now the conceptual plan is ready, the procedures are activated, but no one says that even in this situation, it can take more than 6 months, and the useful volume in Kamchia Dam is already below 30 million cubic meters, and the monthly cost over 6.180 million cubic meters! It is clear to all of us that in Bulgaria problems are solved only when there is public pressure!”
It is for this reason that the „Vazrazhdane“ political party is calling on all concerned citizens to come out so as not to follow the fate of Pernik from last year.
