Iskra.bg received several alerts about potential fraudulent practices on the part of „Zlatna Firma“ /Golden Company/ and its affiliate BEAUTIFUL COMPANY BG LTD.

„Zlatna Firma“ presents itself as a platform that distinguishes companies with high-quality services in Europe. However, when Iskra.bg attempted to obtain more information, the company provided only general details about the services offered and the participation criteria, lacking specific data about the company’s activities, unique identification code (UIC), owner information, and contact details.

This lack of transparency raises doubts about the platform’s legitimacy and its real objectives. After publishing the articles, we received a report from a reader about a potential scam related to employee recruitment.

Questionable interviews and training

A woman from Svishtov who applied for a remote job shared her bitter experience with Iskra.bg. She saw a job advertisement posted by BEAUTIFUL COMPANY BG LTD on jobs.bg. After the initial contact with a company representative, Ralitsa Terzieva, she was invited to an online interview for the position of „Call Center Operator – Sales“.

„The interview was online, and we were given general explanations about the „Zlatna Firma“ project and the work program. Although we had many questions about the working conditions, the answers always reverted to presenting the platform and demonstrating the software,“, the candidate shared.

During the interview and training, the candidates were asked to send a photo of their ID card and bank account, which is a serious violation of personal data security.

„I personally noticed that we were also required to ask clients for their company’s Bulstat number,“, she added. The woman also shared that after being approved, she received additional training materials and instructions to install a program that allows a company representative to access her computer when needed.

„I became suspicious and started looking for information about this company. I found out that it is active, but it has only one employee and no financial data available. I decided to join the training to gather more information before sending my personal data,“, she shared. After the second day of training, the candidate decided to withdraw from the program and terminate her relationship with the company.

„After the training, the candidate’s data is sent. I do not intend to participate in this,“, the whistleblower firmly told Iskra.bg.

The gathered information raisesd serious doubts about the legitimacy of „Zlatna Firma.“ We’d like to urge everyone who has had a similar experience to share their information with us and the competent authorities. Job seekers should be especially careful when submitting personal data and thoroughly verify companies before engaging with them.
