This was stated by senior expert at the Anti-Corruption Fund (ACF), lawyer Andrey Yankulov.
He drew attention to the fact that recently the former Prosecutor General and the current incumbent of the same position have accused each other of belonging to the groups.
„This circumstance alone must worry us greatly about the existence of the rule of law.“
Yankulov reminded that an investigation should be carried out on the reported circumstances so that everything could be proven in court. According to him, the ACF as a civil organization has a limited scope of action and limited opportunities. He said in this case the institutions should do their job as they have the complete tools to investigate all the circumstances.
