Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Grozdan Karadzhov submitted his resignation. His decision was made after Slavi Trifonov announced that he was withdrawing the ministers of „There is such a people“ /TISP/ political party from the country’s government.
Karadzhov himself yesterday accused Prime Minister Kiril Petkov of lying, after he said at a briefing that TISP had asked for an additional BGN 3.6 billion to the ministry’s budget in recent days to be allocated during the update.
Karadzhov pointed out that we have witnessed a „poor picture“ and the slander and insults, even real lies about every single thing, addressed to a Deputy Prime Minister from his own government. According to him, the picture of the state of the whole cabinet so far is also the same.
