Military and national security expert Boyko Noev believes that it should be understood who invited Prof. Anastas Gerdzhikov for presidential candidate. We remind you that yesterday it became clear that the rector of Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“ will be nominated for Head ofSstate by the Initiative Committee /IC/ and according to unconfirmed information – supported by GERB. On this occasion, Noah commented on the air of „bTV“:
„He has accepted the invitation, I asked myself – and who invited him? There is no IC, so there is some conspiracy and we need to find out who exactly invited him. Second question – he would embody the unity of the nation, this support was released by the status quo, the top of GERB. There can be no unity between the beaten and the beaters.”
The former Minister of Defense in the UDF cabinet became part of the Initiative Committee, which nominated President Radev for a second term. He agreed to become part of it because of the dividing lines – on the one hand – the mafia, and on the other hand – the people.
„Radev clearly stood on the side of the citizens, the raised fist was a sign of support for democracy in Bulgaria.“
Asked why he had criticized the state of the army over the years, and now stands behind Radev, Noev replied:
„At the beginning of his term, he made mistakes, but he overcame them. Rumen Radev is an honest politician and he proved it.„
The expert sent a letter to Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov in connection with the investigation into the poisoning of three Bulgarian citizens, including arms businessman Emilian Gebrev. He clarified: „The explosions and assassinations of the three are not being investigated, but there are reasonable assumptions that Boyko Borissov, Sotir Tsatsarov and Ivan Geshev were involved in covering up this crime. In 4 of the main areas – the names of the participants, the poison, the instigators and the perpetrators, these people must be responsible.“
Investigators in the West have found links with Russian security services, Noev said, adding that Bulgarian services had not taken measures.
