Good luck for Burgas! There will be money for the children’s hospital in Budget 2025!

The MPs from Party “Revival” Boris Aladzhov and Alexander Koychev insisted unwaveringly that the Budget 2025 should include funds for the ongoing construction of the children’s hospital in Burgas.

For months, they held meetings and talks with the institutions in order to provide the children of Burgas with reliable healthcare. Their efforts succeeded in creating a strong public interest in the issue and they found more supporters for this cause among the people of Burgas.

We would like to remind you that regarding St. Anastasia Hospital, it is necessary to allocate 45 million BGN in the state budget for 2025. These funds will ensure the implementation of the construction, furnishing and equipment at the same pace and quality as before, without having to stop due to the delay in the start of the programmes financed with European funds.

The great social importance of the project also determines the relatively short timeframe for the construction of the hospital, which will meet the needs and provide highly specialised complex treatment for young patients. At the same time, it will contribute to improving the adequacy and quality of the pediatric care provided not only for the Burgas region, but also for the entire Southeastern region, which is especially important during the summer tourist season, the MPs from „Revival“ have repeatedly commented.

As a result of the efforts of Boris Aladzhov and Alexander Koychev from “Revival” yesterday during the discussion of the budget in the plenary hall it became clear that the government has found funds for the construction of the children’s hospital in Burgas from a buffer in the budget. Thus, the young patients from the whole South-Eastern region will have reliable healthcare.
