This was commented by lawyer Nikolay Hadzhigenov on the occasion of the proposals of „There is such a people“, respectively for Minister of Justice – Momchil Ivanov and for Interior Minister – Peter Iliev. He told FrogNews:

He teaches „Constitutional Law“ at Sofia University, holds a PhD in Law and is the author of a number of publications on legal topics. He is the winner of the „Lawyer of the Year“ award. He speaks four languages and is 43 years old.
