Compulsory machine voting from a constitutional legal point of view can be a problem. In the small polling stations, voting will be done only by paper ballots, former constitutional judge Rumen Nenkov commented on the air of „NOVA“. According to him, the good experience is for the voters to decide for themselves how to vote.
„Given that a sufficient number of paper ballots will be printed as a reserve, why is it mandatory to vote by machine?“

Election ethics requires that no changes be made to legislation at the last minute.

Nenkov also commented on the reform of the judicial system: „I believe that the Prosecutor’s Office should not be ostentatious It needs to do its job more discreetly and does not need to seek public approval.”He also added that party functionaries should not be included in the SJC’s parliamentary quota.
