Iskra.bg wanted to ask important questions to new CEO of „Port of Burgas“ JSC Yanko Melkonyan. They are in connection with information received by us that he has not been involved in the activities in the field in question at all.
Moreover. Information about Yanko Melkonyan on the Internet is scarce. The Commercial Register shows that his name appears in three companies, and the activities of all three have nothing to do with the field in which he was appointed director. One of the companies is engaged in trading, the other – in trading in non-ferrous metals and the third – in the production of mineral waters and soft drinks.
That is why we wanted to ask the new CEO of „Port of Burgas“ JSC Yanko Melkonyan the following questions:
- What motivated you to apply for the position of CEO of „Port of Burgas“ JSC, given that you have no experience in this field?
- We have information that the port has been empty for about a week now, what is the reason – no people and no ships?
- Are cargoes from Port of Burgas“ JSC redirected to other nearby ports and are you responsible for this?
- Are you associated with certain circles, which is why the choice fell on you?
