“There is no justice because the politicians, in addition to being incompetent, corrupt, dependent, deliberately create shoddy laws and try to control the judiciary in such a way that they can continue to steal.”
This was said by former chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev from “Justice for Bulgaria” Association. He added that he was removed from office because of leaked information, including on „Barcelonagate“. According to him, this happened in violation of the law and the Constitution, while he himself at the same time gave information to the European Parliament about the case.
“If it’s true that I didn’t do my job, that I was dependent on a party, I would still be the chief prosecutor.”
Geshev defined the “Justice for Bulgaria” movement, which was created a week ago, as patriotic and conservative, whose goal is to make Bulgaria strong again.
