Co-chairman of „Unity“ (Edinenie) political party Ivan Hristanov supported the candidacy of Emil Peychev for Mayor of Tsarevo Municipality before the local elections on October 29. The two men met in the seaside town and shared their common views and priorities for its future development.
Here is what Hristanov, who became famous for the fact that he managed to remove the mafia from Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint, while he was Deputy Minister of Agriculture, said:
„This is the man who has been fighting for a free and democratic Tsarevo for many years. The man who has really stood up for the problems of the whole society – the locals and the tourists. We support him wholeheartedly because he has proven that he deserves our trust.“
During his candidacy for Mayor, Emil Peychev announced that his main goal will be to fight against the 12-year feudal rule of GERB in Tsarevo, as well as that he takes the responsibility to cause positive changes in the sea municipality, if the citizens give him a vote of confidence and support him on October 29. He also expressed his satisfaction that moral and spiritually pure people who never give up and who will continue the fight for a better future of Tsarevo stood next to him in the list of municipal councilors.
