The director of Kintex announced that he was leaving the post, withdrawing all appeals against his dismissal and suspending the management of the company. At the same time, Alexander Mihailov stated that he would personally sue Kornelia Ninova for all the untruths that were told to him.
According to him, he is obviously very uncomfortable for the Deputy Prime Minister, because she did not even wait for the court to decide whether his dismissal is legal or not. On the contrary. She even fired him a second time. Ninova did not want to talk to Mihailov. He himself did not insist on continuing to work at the company because he did not want to cooperate with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy.
The director of Kintex also pointed out that Ninova is a person who can obviously return the People’s Court and present all this as judicial reform, and added that she is worried about the manipulations. Mihailov is adamant that he leaves the company in perfect condition with repaid loans. In addition, there were tens of millions in his accounts and contracts worth over BGN 110 million were concluded. All this ensured his activity for the next two years. Now, he said, it was very interesting whether the bills would not be drained for commissions and whether they would not start paying intermediaries.
Mikhailov also commented on the decision to repair Ukraine’s military equipment in Bulgaria, calling it a „half-pregnant woman.“ That was all and nothing. And the BSP had presented it to its electorate as a victory, because no weapons would be sent directly. That way, their voters would be happy. But the old arms scheme would continue through intermediaries such as Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic.
