The first court hearing on the deletion of Vazrazhdane National Park lasted about an hour and a half. This is what the leader of the party Kostadin Kostadinov commented for Iskra.bg. He said that at the beginning they asked the judge not to proceed with the case due to the procedural inadmissibility of the claim, as according to him the claim of the prosecutor’s office is illegal.

We asked for 71 witnesses to be questioned – 120 of those named by the prosecution, Kostadinov revealed.

Witnesses were then questioned. The judge has previously determined from these witnesses, which Vazrazhdane wants, only 6.
„Of these six people, three came, and the others failed to come because they were ill. They have submitted documents and they will be questioned at the next court hearing, which will take place at 11:00 on February 8.“
„Witnesses who were questioned said that they were under pressure from the State agency for National Security (SANS), that no one told them what they were being called for, that the State agency for National Security agents were charged with what to say. For any unbiased person, things are absolutely clear.
At present, the prosecutor’s office does not have any real evidence, but only slander and allegations, for which, when this case is over, Vazrazhdane National Park is adamant that they will file a new one against the prosecutor’s office. According to Kostadinov, it will be to damage the prestige, authority and image not only of the organization but also of its members.
„I will personally advise every member of Vazrazhdane in the country to file a lawsuit against the prosecutor’s office for what is being done, because this is a political case, a political order. We all see it, it’s definite. „
According to Kostadinov, when they fail to break them in this way, they will remove them physically.

I will recall Botev’s words, which our prosecutors do not know: „There is no power over that head which is ready to separate from its shoulders in the name of freedom and for the good of the whole fatherland.“
Kostadinov commented and was outraged by the fact that the prosecutor had confused Veliki Preslav with Pliska. According to him, Bulgaria is currently ruled by foreign agents, spies and pointed out that Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev is taking pictures with the US ambassador.
„The prosecutor’s office is putting pressure on Vazrazhdane in favor of foreign countries, and we are asking the question why no one wants a ban on The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and Democrats for responsibility, freedom and tolerance (DRFT).“
What is happening is a crime, Kostadinov stressed. He also pointed out that the public prosecutor behaves like a criminal and our country is a criminal. According to him, prosecutors carry out political orders of political criminals.
“We wanted 71 witnesses to prove that SANS threatened them. Today, the prosecutor allowed himself to threaten one of the witnesses with legal responsibility. The prosecutor in the courtroom allowed himself to act like a mutterer.”
The leader of „Vazrazhdane“ noted that despite the state of emergency, political pressure, snow, bad weather, yellow code, unpaved roads and the fact that most of the party members could not travel, hundreds of Revivalists went to the Courtroom to support them.
„They can’t take it away from us! They can take our registration, they can arrest me, they can physically destroy me, but those people who are behind the Vazrazhdane cause cannot break them all. On the contrary, hundreds of thousands will come after me, and because our enemies know it, this is an attack on us. But they will not succeed, the victory is ours.”
