„On Thursday at 09:00 a.m., I intend to appear before the Constitutional Court to defend my right to be questioned about the future of my own country. The Constitutional Court is preparing to trample over the constitution and with new „judges“ Atanassova and Belazelkov to legalize the lawlessness of We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria-MRF-GERB, which cancelled the referendum on the preservation of the Bulgarian lev, demanded by 604,000 Bulgarians.“
Kostadin Kostadinov, the leader of „Vazrazhdane“ political party wrote this on the social network Facebook, quoted by the press center of the political force. He urged:
„If you have the will, the conscience and the desire to fight, come with me!“ Come to protect democracy and the referendum on preserving the Bulgarian lev!“
Kostadinov is adamant that he himself will be in front of the building of the TSUM of Sofia (Central Universal Store), in the centre of the capital, where the Constitutional Court is located. Together with him will be the entire parliamentary group of „Vazrazhdane“. In addition, members of civil society organizations will join the protest.
