To share good news. Today, a panel of the Sofia District Court, a criminal college, overturned as illegal the order for police detention of one of the five citizens beaten and arrested during the protest on September 2, who turned to me for legal assistance. As you know, I took these cases for free.
This is the first of five cases in which such a decision has been issued. I expect the police detention orders for the other four to be revoked as illegal in the coming days.
Don’t give in to the „mutrochengers“, friends. In Bulgaria, however, there is a court and a bar, they have not been killed yet, they are alive.
A lawsuit for monetary compensation will also be filed. The Ministry of Interior will pay a good compensation to the protesters who were beaten and arrested for no reason. I will chase the bace to the end. I recommend the same to you. Without struggle there is no victory, and „God loves the brave,“ as the saying goes.
