The assassination attempt against Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev is undeniably a staged attack, Bulgarian citizens are outraged. Specialists in the field shared on social networks that they believe this is a circus played by the Prosecutor’s Office with the cry – „The Mafia will kill me!“.
Alexander Lachev is a reserve officer /engineering troops/ with sapper experience. He said on Facebook that it was „amateur work“. Lachev wrote in his post:
„What I hate the most is being lied to, and even more being taken for a simple carp. I couldn’t hold back for that! We detonated 100 kilograms of explosives. In the blast exercises, we dug shelters for tanks. We burned checkers on a forest fire – 400 years of TNT presses. In a minefield construction exam, I fooled the examiner by stepping on a land mine. „
The officer shared his arguments on the Geshev case:
„- Amateur work of a police officer from Simeonovo
– The explosion was caused by an explosive of no more than 400 g. TNT equivalent
– It was placed to create a commotion – off the road on a banquet with a reverse slope, which takes the force of the blast wave into the forest, not the road.“
Alexander Lachev ended his post with the following words: „Everything else you will hear is manipulation!“.
„Attacks“ against politicians have been staged in our country for a long time – Ivan Kostov, then Boyko Borissov set a record with more than six attacks against him, with Ahmed Dogan a well-acted theatre was staged, Ivan Geshev was investigated for murder, and yesterday there was an assassination attempt against him.
Citizens asked the question, „Why exactly is the Prosecutor General being targeted when there is not one major mobster or politician in jail?“
