Basically, two parties are buying votes in Bulgaria, Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov announced during a press conference.
„All photos and materials are for these two parties. Thus, some politicians want to take power by committing a crime. Naturally, the Bulgarian citizen wants to know where these sums, which are included in the election process, come from“, the Minister specified and added that the money comes from the so-called „asphalt saga“ – not only from Hemus Motorway, but also from other similar ones objects.
„The situation is identical with the so-called repairs of dams, which are more than 400, and the beginning of these repairs began at the same time as the first few lots of the Hemus Motorway began.“

So far, a total of 38 people have been detained for up to 24 hours. There are other ones, which are 642. 2707 warning protocols have been issued – only for violation of the election legislation. 108 pre-trial proceedings were instituted for the various panels.
