The Organization for the Protection of Bulgarian Citizens (OPBC) has filed a complaint regarding the illegal buildings in the settlement of Chengene Skele to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Directorate for National Construction Control (DNCC), and two ministries.
There are several buildings in the fishing plot, which will probably benefit from the legislative changes introduced by GERB MPs, for which it is necessary to establish whether they are legal. It is clear from the photo material that these same homes were built on the beach itself and on part of the jetty. The buildings are massive and habitable, but it is not possible to specify who owns them and who lives in them.
The representative of the organization, Stefan Petrov, has indicated the exact coordinates and from the cadastral map (CC) he can see that they are in the exclusive state and municipal property. Which of the following plots of land includes the buildings in Chengene Skele and whether they are under the care of the state or the administrative unit of Burgas, can be decided only in person by a competent person.
The Chief specialist of Chengene Skele Dimitar Yanchev has been appointed to the municipality. He is also Chairman of „Morski sgovor“ Association. The inspection will establish whether any of the management board of the association is the owner of the buildings and whether he lives in any of them, the OPBC informed.
The complaint sent by the organization to the Prosecutor General is with a request to conduct an inspection on all issues concerning the specified buildings in the fishing village – on what grounds were they built on the beach and part of the riot, was the law circumvented and who is behind the crime.
If such abuse is present, “please check whether local institutions and responsible persons (Municipality of Burgas, Regional Directorate for National Construction Control -Burgas, Chief Specialist of Chengene Skele, RIEW-Burgas, 4 RPD, other competent units and their private representatives) are aware of the violation , if they are aware of why they have not taken the necessary measures, do they cover up the offense and its perpetrator /perpetrators. ”, Stefan Petrov from OPBC stressed.
