15,200 police officers will receive an additional BGN 650 for fighting COVID-19. This was announced by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at a press conference at the Council of Ministers. Payment will start today.
Borisov stressed that from yesterday till today there are five reliefs of the measures – the women’s and children’s consultations were launched, the blockade of Sofia was abolished, the planned operations were restarted, the markets were opened.
According to the Prime Minister, thanks to the measures, a slow increase of the sick is observed in our country. He stressed that there are a number of measures that have been introduced in other countries and not in our country.
Borisov regretted the fact that the sick were increasing. Today they are 51 people. He pointed to the Easter trip, saying that according to the National Operations Headquarters there would be an increase around the end of the week, Dnes.bg reported.
According to the Prime Minister, the problem will be more and more ill health workers next week.
