This is what President Rumen Radev said after the official opening of the new academic year at the University of Mining and Geology „St. Ivan Rilski ”. Regarding the fact that his main opponents do not disclose the names of their presidential and vice-presidential candidates, he said:

Asked whether Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov coordinated his actions related to the vote trade, the head of state replied that he did not interfere in the work of the ministers.
„I expect the Ministry of Interior and the services to continue to work resolutely and to protect fairness in the upcoming elections. „The ugly phenomenon of a bought vote has no place in a democracy and it is strange that some parties stubbornly identify with it.“, he added.
