Former caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev gathered the Initiative Committee of „Bulgarski Vuzhod“ (Bulgarian Rise) political party in a hotel in Sofia today, News.bg reported. Upon entering, Yanev commented to the media that today was a great day for party building, and his supporters shared the idea that Bulgaria needs a political force to defend national conservatism.

It became clear from his words that the international trend for the relationship between the parties and civil society will be followed. According to Yanev, it was currently violated. The ambition was with their political power to change this and to respond to the people’s wishes for a new reality and for a real interaction of citizens with the authorities.
The meeting of the Initiative Committee, which is currently taking place, is closed to the media. The founding declaration of the new party must be adopted on it. Then the inaugural meeting will be announced, as well as the goals and principles it will follow.
