„We will continue to unravel it until the whole truth comes out and the culprits get what they deserve.“
This was announced by the „Organization for Protection of Bulgarian Citizens“ /OPBC/, as its representatives and Burgas public figure Konstantin Bachiyski continue to contribute to the resolution of the case in “Rosenets” Park.
Today’s meeting of the commission was adjourned before the entire agenda was exhausted due to lack of quorum. Hamid Hamid left the meeting to attend a meeting of the Legal Commission, and his colleague Ramadan Atalay also left. This necessitated the closure of the meeting due to lack of quorum. However, the floor was given to Konstantin Bachiyski, who provided various pieces of evidence that had not been known to the commission so far.
The public figure revealed to MPs the existence of an „apocryphal“ order of Burgas Mayor Dimitar Nikolov from 2013, by which he deactivated 4,600 decares of public municipal property in “Rosenets” Park. Then a significant transformation of the property began.
Kaloyan Yankov from “Democratic Bulgaria”, Chairman of the “Rosenets” Commission, took Bachiyski’s word and the commission suspended its work.
The OPBC asked several important questions:
- Are MRF, GERB and BSP united or is the MRF and two variants of the party united, or something else?
- The Chairman of the “Rosenets” Commission, Kaloyan Yankov, is from “Democratic Bulgaria” party. Why did he interrupt Bachiyski and the meeting ended, and did not wait for the public to present all the information on the case that had been gathered?
- Is „Democratic Bulgaria“ serving the interests of the MRF and is Hristo Ivanov kneeling on the carpet in front of the agrarian Ahmed Dogan?
- According to those present at the commission, when Bachiyski started presenting the evidence, not only the MRF became „sad“, but also the representatives of „Democratic Bulgaria“ /DB/. DB should not worry that they do not have all the information on the case, that is, they will not rob the laurels and will have to reconcile, and admit that Bachiyski is a few levels above them, and will have to leave it to him to solve, and should they continue with their insignificant and semi-groundless PR?
- Are DB competent to unravel the “Rosenets” case or do they have no idea what it is about, but it is important to spread on the media and social networks how „competent and great“ they are, and in fact their real useful actions to border on zero?
- Dimitar Naidenov from DB, when he voted to give way to Dogan, then did not mind, and now not only he does not stop with populist statements and writings, but also does not help Bachiyski to resolve the case „Rosenets“. Whose interests does Dimitar Naidenov serve?
- Over the years, many institutions have turned a blind eye to the case. Dozens of employees in various positions are involved. When will they get what they deserve by law for the crimes committed?
- What will be the fate of mayor Dimitar Nikolov, will he be in the same cell with the others or separately, or is everything over and there will be no culprits again?
The OPBC sent information about the evidence presented to the “Rosenets” parliamentary committee by Konstantin Bachiyski. They are related to the „disappearance“ of 1,100 decares of municipal property in ”Rosenets” Park. In place of these municipal lands there are currently sites that are already privately owned.
