The political forces are adamant that there is no reason to change their positions. Neither the composition nor the format of the cabinet can change their attitude and decision. The parties reiterated that they will never support a government that has the mandate of GERB. Andrey Gyurov from „We continue the change“ pointed out that they should probably look for approval by other political forces and look for some kind of signal there.
The leader of „Vazrazhdane“ Kostadin Kostadinov announced that they will not support the government either, answering „no“ several times to journalistic questions on this occasion. His party will take part in the vote tomorrow and will be „against“.
Georgi Svilenski from the BSP emphasized for his part that his party has a decision of its National Council and the first mandate of GERB-SDS will not be supported by them in any form. The co-chairman of „Democratic Bulgaria“ Atanas Atanasov also announced that they will not support the draft cabinet of GERB. For him, it doesn’t matter what kind of people are in it, because Boyko Borisov continues to stand behind them and everything is clear.
As for DPS and “Bulgarian Rise”, their leaders will meet in the afternoon today and then decide whether they will support the government of Nikolay Gabrovski. For his part, the MP from „Bulgarian Rise“ Rumen Yonchev pointed out that the political paralysis in our country needs surgeons, but he does not know if this is the right team.
